Cancellation Policy
By booking a session with Future Fluent, you agree to the following policies regarding scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or a complimentary reschedule. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. If you do not attend your session or cancel last-minute, you forfeit your payment. Future Fluent Cancellations If we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the session without a refund. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Refund Policy Refunds are issued only when cancellations meet the required 24-hour notice period. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, no-shows, or late cancellations. Rescheduling Packages & Memberships For clients on multi-session packages or memberships, reschedules must still follow the 24-hour notice policy. Missed sessions within a package will not be refunded or credited toward future bookings. Policy Updates Future Fluent reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
